Client contacts Kraft Custom Construction.
Brief Phone Interview
During a telephone conversation, we jointly decide if Kraft's strengths will match the prospective Client's needs or desires.
Initial Project Consultation Services
(No Charge)

A single project site meeting and consultation with Client to do a preliminary site inspection, discuss possible designs and budget ranges.
Preliminary Design
Meetings with Client, review code and municipal ordinances, review as-built measurements and drawings of home, and draft preliminary design drawings and concepts.

Present preliminary concepts and drawings to the Client, draft preliminary project budgets and pricing.
Refine Design
Work with Client to reduce design concepts and refine the design along with the budget, and work on determining the level of amenities and preliminary selection of products and finishes.
Final Design
Work with the client to create the final design, specifications, and pricing of the project.
Preparation for Construction
The construction phase of the project is scheduled and the Client signs a Construction Agreement. Kraft lines up permits, trade contractors, and materials to streamline the job.
Pre-Construction Meeting
Our design and production team members meet with the Client for a pre-construction information exchange, moving the project from design to construction.
Construction
Construction proceeds along agreed scope of work. Kraft monitors the progress, minding the timeline and quality of construction.
Project Completion
At completion, we inspect the project together with the Client. Once the project is completed, Kraft and the Client close out the job and the warranty period begins.
